SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator is a key part of the sales team and serves as the primary interface between Northwest Pipe Trenchless and other Northwest Pipe divisions to ensure that the right products are delivered to the customer at the right time. The project coordinator has the principal responsibility, once a job is sold, to coordinate the manufacturing and delivery of the products to the customer in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. The overarching goal of the PC is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible customer service experience. The PC is also a key member of the sales team and works closely with sales to prepare quotes, perform takeoffs and any other duties that are required to achieve customer satisfaction.
Production Manager

SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, leads, and staffs precast concrete operations to achieve divisional objectives. Responsible for ensuring company safety program is in place and company is in compliance with all State and Federal, Health and Safety Regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of the State and Federal Health and Safety Regulations plan for the site, participate in SHSR monthly meetings and toolbox talks, and provide leadership and coaching to employees to ensure SHSR plans and standards are met and plant operations are managed safely. Manages the operations to ensure that adequate and efficient human, capital, material, and information resources are available to meet production, delivery schedule, and customer requirements.
Applications Engineer 1

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Vice President, Engineering, the Pipeline Application Engineer 1 is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support and expertise to the Application Engineering team when it comes to FRPM (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortar) pipe applications for the pressure and non-pressure water and sewer markets. This dynamic entry level position requires the review of project plans and specifications for FRPM pipe supply opportunities, the preparation of respective pipe performance calculations and submittal documents, as well as general technical support to stakeholders including interpretation of native soil geo-tech reports as applicable to buried pipe applications. The candidate is also required to offer solutions to problems with a high level of energy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
