Civil Engineer
SALARY: $103,290–$126,530 annually

SUMMARY: Engineering design, analysis, and review of different product lines including oil/water separators, grease interceptors, solids separators, lift stations, acid neutralization systems, stormwater products and utilities. Tasks include model selection, design, sizing, plans review, blueprints, manufacturing process, project managing and coordination, estimating, testing and codes compliance. This position will also assist with structural/civil engineering design support for all Precast plants and personnel necessary for the promotion, sale and manufacturing of precast concrete products. This requires the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the structural design requirements of all products the company manufactures. Can also include providing technical support for concrete mix designs, rebar designs, development of new products, processes, and plant improvement projects.

SUMMARY: The Operational Improvement Manager plays a key role to drive process improvements, enhances productivity, and foster innovation in business operations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined procedures. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring operational efficiency. Leads the implementation of Lean initiatives, verify effectiveness and ensure sustainability through audits. Develop and implement solutions to improve production processes, safety, quality and environmental activities. Water Commissioner (Lead Hydrogeologist)
SALARY: $83,666–$131,711 annually
LOCATION: Carson City, NV

SUMMARY: Responsible for conducting hydrologic analyses on water right applications, review and evaluation of annual aquifer storage and recovery reports and accounting, review of monitoring plans, groundwater model development and evaluations, working with staff and management to develop policy for conjunctive management of surface and groundwater, coordination of water resource investigations with cooperating agencies, and other tasks as assigned. Field work may include water level measurements, reading totalizing meters, site visits, and inspections of projects with monitoring plans, and other field work related to hydrologic studies.
