SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, specifying engineers, and potential partners achieving sales goals of engineered water solutions products business, developing short and long-term sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume and profit margins. Assists the National Sales Group Manager in developing strategy and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets through assigned geography. Takes marketing activities including identifying tradeshows, industry associations, and customer activities necessary to drive demand growth. Conducts in-depth analysis to include on demand forecasting, competitor capabilities, customer profiles and the next best alternatives/Research code requirements within region to help drive specification

SUMMARY: The Project Manager (PM) controls the course of projects from the initiation of the contract through job close-out. Reviews, designs, and checks the work on jobs to which they are assigned. Must ensure that the contractual obligations of the Company are met within the confines of the project budget, and must minimize the Company’s exposure to liability, while serving the needs of the customer and strengthening the Company / Customer relationship. When required, the PM will also perform any special tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager or Operations Manager.
